1. Who We Are

2. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or accessing Podcast YourWay, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

3. Who Can Use Our Program

Podcast YourWay is designed for individuals 16 and older. By signing up, you confirm you’re at least 16.

4. Payments & Pricing

Early Access (before Aug 31, 11:55 PM ET): Pay in full $597, or 6 × $107 ($642 total).

Standard Pricing (starting Sept 1): Pay in full $697, or 6 × $127 ($762 total).

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We don’t store your card details.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We stand by our program, but we want it to be the right fit.

If you fully participate and decide it’s not a fit, email veronicat@pss.media within 14 days of purchase OR before your 2nd live call, whichever comes first, and we’ll give you a full refund.

After that window, payments are non-refundable.

If you’re on a payment plan and cancel within the refund window, future installments will be stopped.

Refunds are "action-based": we may ask to see your completed work to ensure you gave the program a fair try.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to upload or share offensive, illegal, or harmful content during program interactions. Be respectful to our community.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, and tools are owned by PSS Creative Media LLC. You may use them for your own podcasting journey but cannot copy, resell, or distribute them.

8. Disclaimers & Limits of Liability

Podcast YourWay is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee outcomes like specific listener numbers or income. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by North Carolina law. Any disputes will be handled in North Carolina courts.

10. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make major changes, we’ll notify you by email.

2. Information We Collect

When you use Podcast YourWay, we may collect:

  • Personal details: name, email, professional and personal info you provide for podcast design.
  • Payment info: collected and processed securely by Stripe (we never store your full card details).
  • Usage data: analytics, cookies, and device information to improve our platform.
  • Program participation: recordings of live calls, screen shares, and testimonials (with your consent).

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide and improve Podcast YourWay.
  • Process payments and manage your account.
  • Personalize your learning experience.
  • Communicate with you (updates, reminders, support).
  • Send marketing emails (only if you’ve opted in — unsubscribe anytime).
  • Share success stories or testimonials (with your permission).
  • Comply with legal and tax requirements.

4. Sharing Your Information

We only share your data with trusted service providers:

  • Stripe for payment processing.
  • Hosting and analytics providers (U.S.-based servers).
  • Email platforms for communication.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you signed in.
  • Remember your preferences.
  • Track usage for analytics.

For EU/UK visitors, we request cookie consent when required.

6. Data Retention

We keep your account and data while you’re enrolled, and for 6 months after cancellation. Some records (like invoices) may be retained longer if required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal info we hold.
  • Correct inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Export your data.
  • Withdraw consent (unsubscribe from marketing).

8. International Users

We are based in the U.S. If you’re outside the U.S., your information will be transferred and stored here. We take steps to protect it consistent with laws like GDPR.

Podcast YourWay is not for anyone under 16. If we discover we’ve collected info from someone under 16, we’ll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are major, we’ll notify you by email. The latest version will always be posted here.
