Privacy Policy Podcast YourWay Producer Version September 28, 2026 Who is responsible for your information PSS Creative Media LLC operates Producer and is responsible for the personal information it processes to provide the service. This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, who helps us process it and the choices available to you. For privacy requests, contact veronica@podcastyourway.com or write to PSS Creative Media LLC at 1818 Martin Luther King, Jr Blvd #299, Chapel Hill, NC 27514, United States. This policy covers Producer. Other PSS services and earlier Podcast YourWay products may have different features and privacy notices. Information we collect We collect the email address and account identifiers used to sign you in, along with account and support communications. You can use an emailed sign-in code or, when available, choose Google sign-in. Google then provides basic account information such as your identifier, verified email, name and profile image. Producer does not ask you to create a separate password or request access to your Gmail or Drive. We keep a verified account contact record separately from optional marketing permission. If you save an email preference, we record your choice, email address, the wording and version shown, the source and the time. Creating an account alone does not give marketing permission. We collect information you choose to provide about your show, such as its idea, name, format, equipment, room, budget and available time. We also store questions, responses, decisions, progress and work you save in Producer. This material can contain personal information about you or other people if you include it. We keep payment references, purchase status, pass dates and request usage. Stripe collects and processes payment details; our application does not store your complete card number or security code. Our service and providers process technical information needed to run and secure the service, such as connection and device information, timestamps, error records and usage events. Some troubleshooting records can include request context or generated responses; they are not necessarily anonymous. When you save your first show, we record the Terms version, the Privacy notice shown to you and the time. We also record the Terms notice shown when you continue to checkout. We do not collect an IP address solely for these records. How and why we use information Information required to create an account, process a payment or respond to a question is necessary for those features to work. You choose what optional show details to provide. Creating an account does not automatically subscribe you to a marketing newsletter or authorize us to display your private show content publicly. You can choose occasional podcast tips, Producer updates and offers in Email preferences in My Show. This is optional and based on your consent. You can withdraw that choice there at any time or use the unsubscribe link in a marketing email. Essential account and service messages continue as needed. Sign you in, save your show and work, generate responses and provide purchased access: Performing our agreement with you or taking steps you request before an agreement Respond to account and service requests: Performing our agreement; legitimate interests in responding to other inquiries Prevent fraud, secure accounts, diagnose problems and maintain reliability: Legitimate interests in operating a safe and reliable service; legal obligations where applicable Keep records needed for tax, accounting and legal requirements: Compliance with legal obligations Understand performance and improve the service using proportionate, minimized information: Legitimate interests in improving Producer, subject to your rights and any separate consent requirements Optional marketing or public showcases, if separately requested: Your consent, requested separately and withdrawable Regional availability and optional updates We use the approximate country supplied by our hosting provider to manage where new Producer access is available. We may keep a server-controlled account eligibility record with the country, source and time of that decision. It is based on the location of a connection, not your nationality. If the location appears wrong, contact veronica@podcastyourway.com. Existing saved-work access and previously granted pass benefits are preserved under our Terms. If you request regional availability updates, we keep your email address, the approximate country when available, the consent wording and version, the time and your subscription status. This optional list is separate from our newsletter. We use your consent to tell you if Producer becomes available in your region. Signing up does not create an account or send an immediate confirmation email. You can withdraw your availability request at any time by emailing veronica@podcastyourway.com from the address you submitted. We verify the request before removing the address. We retain a protected identifier to respect your opt-out and do not reactivate it when someone submits that address again. Any future availability email will include a way to unsubscribe. We do not store a raw IP address, city or user agent in this list. Short-lived protected identifiers help limit automated submissions. We review availability requests after 12 months and remove records we no longer need. This review period is our operational choice, not a promised launch date. Our service providers still process connection data needed to host and secure the service. AI processing and web searches Producer sends your question and relevant show context, which can include recent interactions, to OpenAI to generate a response. Some questions use web search to find current information. Search queries can include relevant information from your request, such as a show name you ask us to check. Avoid including passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal information in your questions. Only share other people's information when you have an appropriate basis to do so. OpenAI's published API policy states that API inputs and outputs are not used to train its models by default unless the customer opts in. Provider retention for security and abuse monitoring may still apply. Disabling storage of a response in the API does not mean that no processing or retention occurs anywhere. Authorized team members and service providers may access information where needed to operate, support or secure Producer. Responses are generated automatically and are not individually reviewed by the founders before delivery. Producer offers creative guidance. We do not use it to make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects. Providers and other disclosures We use providers to operate Producer, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for application hosting and public-page traffic statistics, OpenAI for AI responses and hosted search, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email delivery. We share the information needed for the relevant service. Some providers also process information for their own legal, security or payment-processing purposes under their privacy notices. We may disclose information where legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to applicable protections and notices. We do not sell your private show content or use it in public marketing without your permission. Cookies and browser storage Producer uses necessary authentication cookies to keep you signed in and protect your account. They are set for this app through Supabase, refreshed as needed for sign-in and cleared when you sign out. Sign-in storage can persist for up to 400 days unless you sign out or clear it; this does not mean an access token stays valid that long. The live account workspace does not use persistent storage for optional interface preferences. Stripe uses its own cookies and similar technologies for payment and fraud prevention when you visit its checkout. We use Vercel Web Analytics on our public homepage and About page to understand visits, page views and clicks on “Try Producer free.” Statistics can include referring websites, approximate country, browser and device type. This measurement does not use analytics cookies or link these statistics to your Producer account. Vercel uses a request-derived visitor identifier that is discarded after 24 hours; this does not mean all aggregate statistics are deleted after 24 hours. We remove query strings and fragments from measured page URLs and exclude sign-in, checkout, account, workspace and admin routes. We do not send your email address, questions, responses or saved show content as analytics event data. We skip this measurement when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and when an incoming referrer cannot be safely limited. These preferences do not stop technical processing needed to operate and secure the service. When homepage experiments are enabled, a separate first-party cookie keeps the same headline and example question visible in your browser. We measure the rendered page, the main button click, sign-in initiation and, when a link can be established in the same browser, a new verified account and successful first use of Producer. This experiment identifier is not sent to Vercel Web Analytics or advertising services. Account-linked experiment records are pseudonymous, not anonymous. The experiment cookie lasts up to 120 days. We limit click attribution to 24 hours and account and first-use attribution to seven days after a measured exposure. We do not put email addresses, questions, responses, raw referrer URLs or URL query strings in experiment events. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control and provide a homepage experiment choice below. An opt-out cookie remembers that choice for up to one year. Disabling experiment tracking does not prevent sign-in or use of Producer. We remove browser and account linkage from experiment records after 90 days following the end of an experiment, and retain de-identified counts, copy and decisions for comparison. Account deletion removes the account link. You can use the homepage experiment choice below to stop collection in this browser. This separate experiment measurement does not change the cookie-free Vercel statistics described above. We do not use Facebook or Meta Pixel, Google Ads tracking, advertising cookies, retargeting or session replay in Producer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can manage cookies and stored website data through your browser. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or other requested features from working. Affiliate links and external websites Producer’s equipment and software suggestions may include affiliate links to Amazon and other retailers or services. We may earn a commission on qualifying purchases. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Following an affiliate link takes you to an external website, sometimes through an affiliate network. Those services may process connection information and use cookies or similar technologies to attribute referrals and purchases under their own privacy notices and choices. Producer does not add your account email or private show content to its approved affiliate links. You can choose whether to follow a recommendation or visit a retailer independently. The retailer’s or affiliate network’s privacy policy applies to its processing after you follow the link; this is separate from the necessary sign-in storage used within Producer. Retention and deletion We keep your account and saved-show information to provide continuing workspace access. A pass expiring, exhausting its allowance or being refunded does not delete your saved work. You can request a copy or deletion of your information at any time. We retain troubleshooting and security information only for periods justified by support needs, investigating errors or abuse, and protecting the service. Payment, accounting and legal records may need to be kept separately for longer periods required or permitted by law. You can request account deletion by emailing veronica@podcastyourway.com. After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify information that no longer needs to be retained and explain any applicable exceptions. Backup copies may remain until overwritten under the relevant backup schedule and will be handled with appropriate restrictions. Your rights and choices Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or a portable copy of your personal information. You may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision on a request, or complain to the relevant privacy regulator. Email veronica@podcastyourway.com to exercise a right or ask a question. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the deadlines required by applicable law. We will not unlawfully penalize you for exercising your rights. Withdrawing consent does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful. International processing We are based in the United States. Your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Protections can differ between countries. Where a transfer of personal information from the EEA, United Kingdom or Switzerland requires safeguards, the relevant provider arrangements include European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses and applicable UK or Swiss provisions, or an applicable adequacy mechanism. These protections cover relevant transfers and onward processing under the providers’ data-processing terms. You can contact veronica@podcastyourway.com for information about the safeguards applicable to your information and to request a copy, subject to appropriate redactions. We do not treat using Producer as blanket consent to international transfers. Age eligibility and security Producer is intended for adults aged 18 and over. If you believe an underage person has created an account or submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate steps. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, but no online service can promise absolute security. Keep your email account and sign-in codes secure. Changes We will publish updates with a revised effective date and notify you of material changes as required. If a new use needs your consent, we will ask separately rather than treating continued use as consent.
